4. Mail-order or internet sales of electronic smoking devices are prohibited unless the retailer requires age verification and obtains a signature from a person of legal sales age upon receipt.

Can You Buy Vape Juice In Massachusetts?

The simple answer is YES. You can buy nicotine vape juices in Massachusetts, but there are restrictions on where you can buy them and what concentrations you can buy legally. Flavored nicotine products can only be bought in adult-only smoking bars.
