By purchasing or using the EightVape Package Protection, you agree the following: (1) agree to be bound by these Terms and any future amendments and additions to these; and (2) represent you are of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence to form a binding contract with EightVape Package Protection. These terms include the provisions in this document, as well as those in the EightVape Package Protection Privacy Policy. This service is only for domestic customers/orders.

What is EightVape Package Protection

EightVape Package Protection is a service provided by Eightvape that offers protection for packages against loss, theft, or damage during transit. When you purchase EightVape Package Protection for your shipment, essentially this service insures the items in your package for their full value. This protection provides peace of mind for customers, ensuring that valuable shipments are safeguarded throughout the shipping process. Please note, EightVape Package Protection is only for domestic orders being shipped to the 50 states of United States.

How Do I File a Claim on My Order?

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, you can file a claim by filing a ticket through our “Customer Support” section.  

How Long Do I Have to File a Claim With EightVape?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
  • In some cases, EightVape may require a police report before moving forward with an order issue.

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 10 business days and no later than 30 calendar days from the time the order is placed.

Damaged

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 5 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
