Innovation and the Aequitas RDA
Many builds today feature RDA's (Rebuildable Dripping Atomizers). With attractive designs and even more impressive hardware capabilities, RDA's have taken over the market. But what qualities make the RDA so popular, and why are certain models more favored than others?
The main benefit to RTAs and RDAs is that you can build your own coils to your desired resistance.
- Postless Deck
- Single-Post Deck
- Dual-Post Deck
- Triple-Post Deck
- Quad-Post Deck
- 22mm
- 24mm
- 25mm
- Varying Tank Capacity
- Varying Chimney Length
- Varying Airflow Customization
- And Varying Build Space
Variations in these features affect the efficacy and performance of different RDAs. People who want larger coil structures desire that the build space internally included in the RDA is more spacious, that way their coils and cotton can fit. If certain users have a large device, they'll need an appropriately sized RDA, like a 24mm or 25mm, and the opposite goes for those with compact or mechanical mods. And if they want more time between wicking, they'll want a dual- or triple-post deck. Chimney length and airflow specifications affect flavor.
There are more features that differentiate RDAs, and some are more popular than others—like most people who build their own coils are more likely to use a dual- or quad-post deck. It's easier that way. They don't have to spend egregious amounts of time popping open their atomizer and constantly rewicking. But one problem that comes with deciding what you want and buying the subsequent product that meets those standards, is that once you've decided, you can't change your mind. You can buy another RDA with a different set of features, but that solution isn't at all economic.
On Eightvape.com, we've recently released a product to such a overwhelmingly positive reception, that I'd like to share it with you now. It's an RDA called the Aequitas, manufactured by Hellvape, and most convenient about this hardware is that the airflow customization between top and bottom preference is interchangeable.
By flipping the barrel, you can switch back and forth between top and bottom airflow.
Featuring larger 2.5mm square post holes that allow for convenient rebuilding, a 24K gold-plated postless raised deck for optimal connectivity, and a short, 810 resin drip tip with 810 stainless steel adapter included, (as well as a squonk pin), the Hellvape Aequitas has become one of our most popular RDAs to date.
It's also outfitted with an etched Celtic knot design and high-quality stainless steel.
I'd like to invite you all to check out the Aequitas. It's got a large space for bigger coil structures, if that's the way you do things, and with its top and bottom airflow options, you can switch between flavor preferences. I think it gives the user a lot of functionality and option, and that's made it one of our most popular products this season.
Feel free to comment your thoughts if you've used the product, and any other notes you may have about RDAs.
Thanks for reading.
