Presenting the H-Priv 2 by SMOKTech
When the original H-Priv Mod was released in the early months of 2016, a few innovative features captured the public's attention. Most notably, where the f**k did the fire button go? The "Red Triangle" on the side of the device served as the industry's first lateral fire key—a mechanism that harnessed the user's gripping power to subtly activate the machine. Convenient and ergonomic, the lateral fire key is now housed in the chassis of various popular mods, from Smok vape products beyond. Now, the lateral fire key has returned in the updated version of the H-Priv: the H-Priv 2.
Today we'll run through a list of the H-Priv 2's upgraded features, and see what makes the H-Priv 2 Mod and TFV12 Prince Tank stand out in today's market.

The H-Priv 2 is the only Smok Box Mod featuring a cobra-print design relative to that of their popular drip tip, and it's available in a range of colors. One of Smok's greatest assets is their bold exploration of the color wheel, in which they provide users with a litany of available color options when choosing their products. From Gloss Black with Red Triangle to Prism Chrome and Black Triangle, color options available are wide-ranging. I like the Red one. The Prism Rainbow one looks good too, but mostly because of the tank. Rainbow or 7 Color gloss looks good on a Stainless Steel base.
With a high-power roof of 225 watts, the H-Priv 2 is capable of supporting any wattage preference, no matter how ridiculous or masochistic. (Seriously, if you vape at over 200W, you should talk to someone).
Paired with the H-Priv 2 is the TFV12 Prince Tank, a Stainless Steel construction with a large 8mL juice reservoir, bottom adjustable airflow options, and a press-to-open top-fill system featuring a lock. Designed with sharp, detailed aesthetics which set it apart from the Beast and Cloud King, like the airflow slot's pointed sides.
My Thoughts:
I think that now that we have the lateral fire bar, there's no reason to go back. Fire buttons feel and look awkward, and gripping a lateral bar for activation is more comfortable. The H-Priv 2 has the best lateral fire bar on the market and the modest rectangular shape supports this feature well. Plus, the cobra-resin design on the Smok 810 Prince Drip Tip has made it the most popular drip tip ever made. With that design on the body, I can see why so many people are excited for the release of the H-Priv 2. It looks damn good.
Thanks for reading.
